Return & Refund Policy

Because all Cozzy Cornerz products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final. Once a file is delivered, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If something went wrong, I’ve got you.
If your download link doesn’t work, your file is damaged, or you never received your email, contact me within 14 days of purchase at thecozzycornerz.co@gmail.com with your order number. I’ll send a working file or replacement right away.

Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally bought the same item twice, email me and I’ll refund the duplicate order.

Before you buy
Please check your email address at checkout carefully. Your download is sent there. Check spam or promotions if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

Thank you for choosing you. 🍒
Zy, Cozzy Cornerz
